Are your wreaths safe for outdoor use?
Yes, they are. If you’re hanging your wreath on an exterior door, I recommend hanging it on a door that has a slight overhang.
How long will my wreath take to ship?
Please allow 2-3 weeks to create the wreath and for it to ship to you. Pre-made wreaths in my shop take 2-3-days to ship.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept PayPal, debit cards and all major credit cards.
What is your return policy?
Sales on custom and personalized items are final. No returns or exchanges.
What is your 1 on 1 call session cancellation policy?
1. I will only wait 15 minutes for you to attend the call.
2. I will require 48 hours cancellation notice for no charge.
3. Within 24 hours, 50% charge and within 8 hours, 100% charge.
